6. Intellectual Property

• All website content, code, and AI systems remain the property of Anchor Integration until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights as specified in their agreement
• Anchor Integration retains the right to use generic code frameworks and methodologies for future projects
• Client-specific business logic, branding, and content become client property upon final payment

7. Hosting and Maintenance

For hosted services, Anchor Integration will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party service failures, etc.).

Clients opting for self-hosting receive code and documentation but are responsible for their own hosting infrastructure, security, and maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anchor Integration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
